Noble Event Spectrum provides professional event planning, coordination, and management services including but not limited to venue selection, vendor coordination, timeline management, and day-of-event coordination.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, making timely decisions, and paying invoices according to the agreed schedule. Changes to event details may result in additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to secure services, with the balance due 30 days prior to the event date. Late payments may incur additional charges and could affect service delivery.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 90+ days before the event receive 50% refund of payments made. Cancellations within 90 days are subject to non-refundable fees for work completed and vendor commitments made.

6. Limitation of Liability

Noble Event Spectrum's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for vendor performance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or public health emergencies.
